Dr. Alexandra Palumbo is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), and a certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with over a decade of experience in the medical field. She began her nursing career in women’s health as a Maternal Child Registered Nurse where she gained experience teaching and providing care for post-surgical patients. After seven years in the specialty, she continued her education at Florida International University, where she earned her Masters and Doctorate degrees. To further develop her skills in aesthetic medicine, Alexandra trained with best-in-class injectors and leaders in the industry. She takes pride in continuing her education and regularly attends conferences to stay up to date on the latest techniques and safety practices.
Dr. Alexandra Palumbo’s passion for aesthetics and dermatological wellness stems from many sources—including her doctoral research on promoting sun-safe behaviors in racially diverse populations. One source that continuously inspires her work is her personal struggle with acne. She is able to empathize and care for her clients because she understands what it’s like to have aesthetic concerns negatively impact mental health. Fueled by that experience, she places great importance on creating a trusting, supportive, and empowering relationship throughout her client’s aesthetic journey. She values quality time with her clients to create lifelong relationships while providing them with the best-possible experience and results.
